So since pandemic (2020) I’ve had the opportunity to something I’d never thought I’d do….be a barber. Hah! I had to learn to buzz my husband’s hair (I do my dogs grooming) and since I did not have a human clipper I had to use my dogs clippers (I don’t think there’s that much of a difference although I don’t own any human clipper…been using the dogs clipper since. Hoping I can own a human clipper set. Lol). Anyhoot, I’ve been using a cut up garbage bag as a cape (poor hubby) and I finally decided to look for something better. This product is almost perfect, just wish the back was longer too so I can have it draped over the back of the chair. Hair falls of and I’ll I need to do is just go outside and give a couple of hard shakes and all hair is off.

One issue with home hair cuts is the hair sticks to your clothes. This is a simple cost effective solution for hair cutting and beard trimming. Well worth the money and built to last.

Great light weight cape. I only use for cuts. I dont know if its really water resistant or water proof. But its large and stylish.

Perfect and light weight

I bought this cape for a paddlboarding event where we dressed up as witches. I wanted a water proof cape as fabric can get heavy when wet. This cape was PERFECT!! I received many compliments and ‘wow that is a clever idea’ feedback. I just had the short length in front and long in back. The water just slid right off the cape. The line design in the cape jazzed it up as well. Nice thick material, well made. If you need for salon, the line design and weight of material will give your salon a richer look to your capes for customers.

Since I color and cut my hair at home, I purchased a salon cape. This one is lightweight and fits well in the front and the arms. It did not go far enough down in the back to protect my clothing from stray hair and color. I decided to return this one.

Love it! Lightweight use it for my touch up and blow outs, waterproof. meets my expectations!
