No problems worked great

We purchased the Snowy Fox RV 15Amp to 50Amp Adapter - 15Male/50Female in December. It worked for our RV but one of the prongs broke off after merely pulling it from the socket. I recently read another review of this happening to a customer. I am unsure how to contact the company. Unfortunately, the prong is also stuck in our electrical socket. There is an apparent design flaw which Id compromising the durability of this adapter. I am extremely disappointed.

One of the prongs broke off removing it from the socket. I missed the return window by a month and cant return it. .

Plugs into a 15/20amp outlet and connects to RV 30amp. Just as described.

This item came quickly and was exactly as described. It works perfectly and allows me to connect my 50 Amp RV power cord to a 110 Volt / 15 Amp outlet Perfect to keep power to the converter and therefore to keep all batteries charged while in storage.

Works great for at home servicing and cleaning to keep battery charged.
