This is the best scoop! No more flimsiness when scooping the litter box. Honestly I thought the slots were going to be too big but they are not. We have 10 cats in the house and they all seem to want to use the same litter box even though we have 4 of them. This scoop is great. It’s big but easy to use and comfortable in your hand. I sure wish I had come across this sooner. It’s great!

I got this because the old plastic one snapped in half, and I was looking for something a little sturdier. This is definitely that, but it is a little awkward to maneuver in a regular sized litter box because its a lot bigger than I expected it to be. At least I dont have to worry about this one breaking!

Weve got six cats and the litterboxes to prove it. This scoop is sturdy and gets the job done. No complaints.

Oh my goodness what a difference! I have rheumatoid arthritis in my hands, so of course its still going to hurt to scoop but this heavy duty metal scoop with an ergonomic handle makes it soooo much easier than the plastic one I had (and it was the nicer one of the plastics)! I can scoop everything in half the time too!

If you use certain brands of clay cat litter they will sometimes stick to the sides- and I have broken or bent several scoops in the past in this manner. It was time to replace some trust metal scoopers- due to this bending over time and Im thrilled with this purchase. These mama-jamas are sturdy as all heck and tackle any clump my cat can make- shes a prolific urinator- so makes plenty of sticky messes to clean daily. The holes are a little large- so if you have any little bits that break off they can fall through- I just use the edge lip to carefully pick them and dispose. I will continue to purchase this scooper- if it ever has need to be replaced. I can see it lasting a really long time- as it feels really durable.

My only problem is this is a bit cumbersome when working the angles in the box. It is heavy because its made well but that some what challenges the sifting. The perk is this may not break down like the plastic ones. A win for those wishing to go away from the plastic types

Sturdy and works well. The only thing I would add is it’d be great if it came with a holder. I bought the holder that Amazon listed as “frequently bought together” and it too was very good quality.

Finally! A manly-man kitty litter scoop! Our 3 cats with 6 litter boxes, does their daddy proud! Unfortunately, mom usually is scooping the boxes. Remember the old Secret deodorant commercial? “Strong enough for a man but made for a woman.” Ladies with this beast you could convince your man that you couldn’t possibly handle such a tool and that only he could. I don’t mean to be sexist, but if it gets you out of scooping, does it really matter? Seriously, it is well built and does not flex at all even when handling large, heavy clumps. Definitely worth the extra couple dollars.

Our vet recommended we just buy a cheap plastic dollar store scooper, as she said there wasnt much difference. For years we didnt think much about it (it scooped poop, did its job) until we decided to try this nicer metal one. WOW what a difference! It feels sturdy and it has a large sifting area, so you can clean the box more efficiently. You can more easily scrape the bottom of the box where the pee inevitably hardens. It doesnt buckle under the weight of large clumps. Are you still panning for cat poop? Yes. Does this make it easier and more efficient to do so? Absolutely Will never be going back to the cheapo dollar store version - this is well worth the extra bucks!

Have multiple litter boxes works exceptionally well. Throw away plastic ones this is what you need . Easy to scoop I feel like using this product makes scooping litter easier and faster process
