Softside Spinner Luggage, Black Menswear Plaid, Checked-Large 28-Inch

I have bought 3 sets of 3 pieces (26”, 20” and 1 under seat) 2- 26” one keep falling down and can’t stay up. Once it fell on me and twice Fell on my wife’s leg. We didn’t get chance to return it because we were traveling the next day. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

I have always wanted nice matching luggage. I first purchased the under the seat piece (London Fog Softside 15 Under The Seat Bag) then wanted to complete the set. This was my final purchase and needed for a week long overseas trip. It is so roomy, I was able to pack boots, light sweaters, and jeans then still have space for purchases on my trip. It is also great quality and super sturdy. I had breakable items and they made it back fine and the bag is also not frayed or damaged. I highly recommend this brand of luggage!

I want to make this clear I DID NOT purchase this suitcase with this company, but at Marshalls. I used this suitcase once for a trip to New York on Alaska Airlines. One of the wheels was practically torn off when it came off the belt once back. I havent had this happen on any other luggage that I own. Really Alaskas fault for poor luggage handling but also London Fog, for the price, shouldnt fall apart after using this spinner once.

This is a very lightweight suitcase with GREAT wheels and its easy to maneuver. However, within the first few days of my vacation, the stitching in the front zipper part came out causing a hole so I couldnt keep anything in the front pouch area. Not sure if it can be fixed - I need to look into the warranty :(
