> 3 dayThe rate features for this seem to be inaccurate. Anyways, this was the last solar panel I needed to get for all of my cameras that I have. The convenience of not having to swap out batteries for each one every few months makes this a worthwhile purchase. I will note that the panel is different than the others I have purchased in the past from different companies. This one has more of a rugged, raised diamond pattern than the others. But performs just like the others so I am pleased.

> 3 dayI wanted to add a solar panel to one of our newest wireless security cameras installed on the corner of the house. The batteries were draining and would soon need to be recharged, but that would require a tall ladder and climbing up to remove the camera and then climbing back up once the batteries were fully charged. I could foresee this becoming a dreaded task, especially in the winter. I already had solar powered cameras on two buildings on our property and knew the solar panels kept the cameras charged, so I ordered this 5W solar panel. So far, I’m pleased with this solar panel and its performance. Even during three cloudy and sometimes rainy days, partial shade from yet trimmed trees, and lots of outside motion activity of workers, when it was installed, the camera charge maintained between 32%-45%. Within just 30 minutes of being installed, the battery power went from 15% to 43% and soon climbed to 62%. It reached 73% for a brief while, but again, with all the human activity constantly for 2 days, and the buzzing bees and spiders setting off the motion detector, I’m very happy with this solar panel. The trees blocking the afternoon sun will soon be trimmed to improve the amount of light the panel receives each day. But even in these less-than-ideal conditions, the solar panel is keeping my camera charged and making it so no one in my family has to constantly go up and down a ladder to retrieve it. Addendum: This solar panel has kept my camera @ 100% since first installed. I am very pleased with its performance and maintaining 100% charge in a highly active area and several days of rain since my first review. Im so pleased, I bought one for another camera and highly recommend to anyone needing a solar panel for a security camera.

> 3 dayI got this for one of my Wyze outdoor cameras (gen1). Installation was easy, and the included instructions were clear. The cord is nice and long. Once installed it charged my Wyze camera about 10% in one sunny afternoon. It seems like it might charge slightly slower than my Wyze solar panel does, but that could just be the location. This panel has two drawbacks compared to the Wyze solar panel. Theres no weatherproof gasket where the USB connector plugs into the camera (I might end up putting some caulk on it). Theres also no good place to wrap up excess cord. Neither are dealbreakers, but its worth considering when the Wyze panel is only a few dollars more. This one does come with a microUSB to USB-C adapter if thats something you need.

> 3 dayI have multiple Eufy EufyCam Pro 2 cameras around the outside of my house. These were convenient because they could be recharged -- well what could make that even more convenient? Not having to charge them! I have tested this panel by using the most battery draining settings with no issues. My battery rarely drops below 80% and (as long as it is not a rainy day), is fully charged by the evening. Important note -- the more direct sunlight this gets, the faster it charges, so be conscious of your sun pattern when mounting this. If I have any issues in the future, I will update this review.

> 3 dayI had been going around the periphery of the house, one camera at a time, and plugging in a power bank to charge our Eufy 2C Pro security cameras. We installed one a few days ago in our backyard as our test trial. Within two hours it had boosted the charge from 53% to 63%. By sundown we were almost at maximum. For the next couple of days we watched as the morning sun restarts the charge and brings it up to about 85% by lunchtime. The kit comes with a variety of mounting hardware. By the way the Eufy security app allows you to specify solar as a power source and the apps charging indicator continually pulses. The app notified us that in solar charging mode the camera will no longer turn on the charge LED. Presumably this will improve efficiency a bit by reducing the power. We ordered a couple more for our other outdoor cameras.

> 3 dayIt was pretty easy to install the mount and attached/screw on the panel. The cable length is ok. I needed a longer on due to where I installed it with respect to where the device that this power, so I connected it to an extension cable. I also mount it on a metal clip that hooked into the vinyl, so I did not have to drill into the wall or vinyl siding. It seems to be holding up after a few weeks of Winter sun on a westerly facing wall and a couple of small sprinkle of snow
