I will say the product was very nice and besides the color, which showed much brighter on my computer, I liked it. I chose to go a different way. I do have Prime so my return was suppose to be free. My Return was not free, I was made to pay almost. $12. It was automatically taken from my return amount. Very unhappy about that. Free Return means Free Return.

I love how professional it looks walking through the airport as a flight attendant. I get multiple compliments on the bag. It’s great for my 3-4 day trips I work. Only dislike would be that I wish it was expandable and the elastic band for the tote is a little flimsy wish it was more stronger elastic. But overall love the luggage

I bought this luggage for my teen daughter. Its the first hard case luggage I have ever purchased, and I initially worried about it cracking or breaking since my daughter is not gentle with her things. We went on a 8-day road trip and stayed at 3 different hotels. The luggage held up well with hardly any wear and tear. It was easy to maneuver between the car and hotel. It stored quite a bit of clothes and has a zipper compartment that can be used to separate dirty and clean clothes. Personally, Im in love with the smaller mini case. It straps on to the luggage easily and stores a lot. It also has a zipper to separate liquids from other products. I like this set so much that I plan on purchasing one for myself in the future. I do not know how it would work on a plane, but I would assume it would be just as great as carry-on luggage.

As expected, white gets very dirty. Easily scratched and scuffed. If you never get your back checked it might be safe and is functional. Wheels work great. But if they ever put it in cargo it will never look the same. It’s like it got run over by a bunch of tires

I received so many compliments! I was a bit skeptical about ordering at first because of the reviews saying that it doesn’t hold much but sometimes you have to take risks and try yourself lol. So I did and this bag holds a lot! For a week long trip, it held all of my clothing including two bulky jeans, multiple tops, jumpsuits, two pairs of platform heels, two sneakers and three pairs of sandals, two quart size bags filled with my makeup and hair supplies. And that was not even the actual cosmetic bag which I stuffed with all of my underwear and perfumes (3.5oz)! It moves freely and is super stylish. For the price, I’d say get it! The only negative thing about it is the navy blue ID tag!

It closes minus the missing zipper. Not so durable.

I just had to our Jade my 2nd set for my husband. We loved the vibrant orange on this set.

Works for carry-on and personal item through tsa, the smaller one fits perfectly under the seat. Good internal size, and a nice zipper compartment to separate the two sides of the luggage. Feels durable too, and it’s cute.

Perfect for a carry on I purchased white and received many compliments. The only issue is the strap that holds the small bag is a stretchy band it kept sliding off.

A little disappointed as far as aesthetics go but I do like the feel and the ease of it. I wish they used white belt on makeup kit instead of black. The black belt looks mismatched after thought on a white luggage set.
