> 24 hourSo I recently purchased two 64GB cards. According to Sonys recall notice, if your card does not have an * in the back, then it is affected. Of the two cards I purchased, one has the * and the other does not. Like the comments of another user on this page, Sony may be overwhelmed by calls and due to the COVID-19 situation, replacement will be staggered. In my case, it will cost me to ship the card out of my country and I will have to pay customs duty when the replacement gets here which ultimately is costing me more for shipment than the actual cost of the card. TBH, I have done some 4k tests shots on the affected card and it works fine so I am not sure if this is a potential risk or an inevitable risk. Only time will tell.

> 24 hourBought for my new Sony a7III to record 4K after finding two new Sandisk 64GB UHS-I cards wouldnt read, learned they are from a defective batch. No such worries with this Sony card. You what what you pay for, and in this case, the Sony card cost twice the price of the Sandisk.

> 24 hourI just ordered and received the 128gb card, now I have speed and a larger card, which I need with the a99 ii. I suppose we learn best from experience. This card is all that I hoped it would be.I can set my shutter on 5 fps, shoot and the camera doesnt have to wait for the card to write the data. Slot one on my a99 can be either the Sony SDXC UHS-II or a SanDisk memory card. I cant get more technical than that. The Sony memory is so much faster and uses the cameras capability. Sony is much more expensive but it is so much nicer.

> 24 hourReasonable price for the speed and capacity, but these Sony cards still have compatibility issues. Despite claims that it was fixed (and this is the updated version), this card still does not work in Slot 1 (UHC-II slot) in the Olympus OM-D EM1 Mark II, though it does work in Slot 2 as a normal UHC-1 card.
