I bought this sony headphones for my husband for professional work. He said that sound is great.

Ive used these headphones through out my career in video productions and they always sound great.

I saw a few reviews stating that these headphones were counterfeit, but the set I ordered from Electronics Basket are genuine. You can tell the difference on the box, the genuine ones have a 5mm border of blue around the plastic window. These sound great, are nice and light weight, and have a nice long coiled cable. They are closed backs and provide some level of noise reduction, but are not noise cancelling. Great sound for the price.

I bought this for my dad to listen to his books on tape. They fit comfortably over his large ears. My dad has partial deafness so it cancels out the background noise and the sound is excellent. I truly recommend these headphones.

When it comes to price to performance, its hard to top these, especially if youre using them for music and studio work. The ear pads arent as large or soft as Id want, but thats what after market purchases are for right? Best bang for the buck studio headphones out there.

I use headphones for editing videos for a living. These work great but as you can see they can use some improvement in the quality of the build. Granted they are over 2 years old, but in my opinion should hold up better.
