I got these just before the new M5 was realised. I have to say, I am incredibly happy with the sound quality and comfort of these headphones. They are my perfect companion for working, noise cancellation works great. I like the fact these fold and fit snug in a case too. They feel light on your head and the battery life is ace. I previously owners a Bowers and Wilkson set and to say these are an improvement in every way. I don’t regret missing out on the M5 - very happy with these

Ive been using my xm3s for almost 2 years, its great all around before the firmware update ruined the noice cancelling feature. Overall xm4s share many similarities with their predecessor, and they have a noticeably better sound quality (especially after you toned it via the Sony app, now you can have EQ and LDAC at the same time), a touch better noice cancelling and connectivity. After using xm4s for a dozen of hours Id say its an improvement to xm3s in many aspects, but comfort drops so significantly. Xm3s are a pair of very comfortable headphones, but clamping force on these is so high that I have to take it off after wearing half an hour. I dont know whats wrong, I have a medium-sized head and clamping force was never an issue for me. This may due to more rigid materials being used and a narrower handband design, but it really ruined the comfort.

Have been using other products but after using these I won’t be using anything else.

La calidad del sonido es buenísima, con un sonido muy equilibrado, destacando unos agudos y unos graves de cine. La aplicación deja configurarlo a gusto de cada uno. Lo que más sorprende es la cancelación de ruido que es brutal. Ayer por la calle no escuchaba los truenos ni el sonido de la lluvia chocando contra toldo de metal. Son muy cómodos los he tenido dos días casi todas las horas y no cansan. Lo de la batería es de otro mundo.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert. Ich habe vor sehr vielen Jahren einen der ersten Denon Kopfhörer mit Geräuschunterdrückung gehabt und dort hat es nur gut im Flugzeug geklappt. Zu Hause benutze ich einen guten beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO der ohne jeglichen Schnicksack daherkommt und nun der Sony WH-1000XM4. Da kommen wir auch schon zum ersten und einzigen Kritikpunkt. Warum wählt man so einen komischen Namen für so einen genialen Kopfhörer?

Queste cuffie Sony sono di elevata qualità e durante il loro utilizzo non sono riuscito a trovare particolari difetti che mi spingessero a criticarle.
