> 24 hourThe product came exactly as advertised! And OMG, now I know what all the hype is about!! These headphones are exquisite!! They are so advanced too! They stop playing when take them off, whether youre playing something from your cellphone or computer and they detect the pressure of the air in the environment!! But, theres a trick. You have to get the companion app for the headphones, otherwise youre only get about 1/3 of the functionality of them! These are the best headphones Ive ever bought!!!

> 24 hourThe sound and noise canceling features are amazing. The headset is comfortable and for virtually any size as I let my 3 year old try them on and they fit his head. I first bought Sonys MDR-NC500-D when they came out 10 years ago, but later tried both the Bose QC25 and QC35s as they were gifts. The sound was good, but when my daughter borrowed the QC35s, this gave me the reason I need to go back to Sony and Im glad I spent the extra money. Have the option to customize the headphone sound with the mobile app and connect two devices at the same time is great, but ultimately its the sound that matters and Sony is just a better pair of headphones in my opinion.

> 24 hourThese headphones were an impulse buy to compare to my Bose 700s. These sound awesome for bass heavy music but lack clarity with voice calls or video meetings. The one feature I cannot get over is the adaptive noise control beeping every time it senses a change in the surrounding environment.

The flight attendant is droning on about safety, the speaker is directly above my head on the plane and i am listening to Miley come in like a wrecking ball and Can. Not. Hear. Any. Noise. I love these! I have had Bose QC 3.5 and the Sony 910Ns and the performance of these WH1000s beats all of them by so much its not close. Love their performance, noise cancelling, and hard case for protection while traveling. I am really pleased with these headphones! Might by a second set just to have a spare...awesome comfort, Alexa control, Android app as well.

> 24 hourThe blue tooth does not pair properly has significant skips and completely cuts out every 15 or 20 minutes when connected to a MAC or iPhone. Excellent headphone for cable connection but the bluetooth is very poor and for the price this should work perfectly. If you plan to use a bluetooth connection purchase another headphone.
