Box was damaged and unfortunately the box was chipped and cracked. Not enough to return it just disappointing since I will constantly have to look at it.

Simple, sturdy set of drawers that get the job done. I prefer to lay out some of my makeup and these drawers are spacious and deep enough to do so – the drawers can comfortably fit full-size mascaras lengthwise. The included mesh lining is also a highlight and definitely necessary for acrylic. The top of the drawers has a flat surface and beveled edges, allowing for even more storage such as stand-up items. Very solid product, and for a great price! Highly recommended for those wanting to organize a huge makeup collection.

I thought the acrylic would be a little thicker, but it definitely beats the plastic drawers I was using before. Comes with think sheets of felt that just rest in each drawer, but they dont sit flush since they were folded. I was going to throw them away, but decided to toss them when they get dirty over time.

I needed something to control the chaos of my make up bag. Bought this based on reviews and I am not disappointed. I liked the pads it comes with to place in each drawer so my stuff doesnt slide around. I should have bought 2 of these guys to really organize my things, but the 1 will do for now. It also fit under my sink nicely :)

I bought this to organize my bathroom counter. Far exceeds my expectations. Thick/sturdy, very heavy duty. Perfect size, not too big not too small. The only thing that I would change, but is in no way a deal breaker, is that it is clear. You can see everything in it. For what I bought it for, which is an organizer NOT a display case, I would have liked to hide the contents, just to have a cleaner look. Ill post pic to show you.

I ordered this Cosmetic Case as a gift for my sister in law and was delightfully satisfied with this product! I had previously ordered a different and more expensive brand CC through Amazon and was disappointed as it arrived cracked and scratched in several areas. This CC by Sorbus was delivered on time and packaged nicely with the words Fragile on the outside of the box and it was covered with clear plastic wrap. I checked every nook and cranny and there were no visible cracks or damage to the case. The size is perfect, looks great on vanitys, bathroom counters, dressers and stores all your makeup products (or whatever you want to use it for) very neatly and organized. I was also happy with the price! I definitely recommend this product!

I love love love this case.its huge and the compartments are just the right size...I got a 3 but one came broken so the draws dont pull out well ,still able to use it.

I was definitely skeptical about the storage capacity of this organizer but it holds a surprising amount of makeup! I was able to comfortably fit all of my favorite products in the draws with some room left over. Only issue is some very small scratches but they aren’t significant enough to cause any concern.

I like this little chest. I purchased it for my sewing room supplies. The size description is accurate. I would love to order a couple more, but I am not sure I will..... The label on the top was really difficult to remove. I didnt want to scratch or etch the acrylic, so I tried lotions, WD-40, and a laundry list of other things. Each one helped remove a little more of the label, but after about 2 hours of trying, letting it sit to soak in, and trying something else, I tried canola oil. That finally cut the adhesive residue (ugh, what does that say about canola oil? I dont know but it doesnt sound positive....). The residue then smeared really badly and took another round of attempts before it was eliminated. This took me WAY too much time and was really a pain in the neck. The second issue I have is that after this fun and entertainment, I sat down to load it up, and noticed there was a crack in the middle of the side of one of the drawers. It arrived packed securely with styrofoam on the sides and wrapped in cellophane. This was not visible to me, partially because of its location, partially because it has a quality that makes is crystally reflective, similar to leaded crystal. It is actually quite attractive and the photos in the description do not do the unit aesthetic justice. The crack is obviously a factory quality issue, since there is no stress on the drawer in this spot. It left the factory in this condition. Because of my use for it, I will keep it, use it and avoid the hassle of returning it (you have to pick your battles). But if it was to be located in my home somewhere other people might see it, I would be unhappy with this crack. It does make me question as to whether I would order others just like it, even though I would really like to have at least 2 more. A few comments from other people indicate worse damage. It would be on a clearance shelf because of this defect in brick and mortar store and would be marked down. I am not sure I want to pay full price for this again.
