> 24 hourThough initially we received it without the schematics to install it; the seller sent them at our request and we were able to hook it up. Once hooked up, it works great. I was concerned about water, as we hooked it up to our 4 person kawasaki for our ranch; however, the speaker portion appears to be water proof. It has been completely inundated with water to no effect. We try to keep the radio dry. One time it got wet when washing the machine and it stopped working. I thought we blew the fuse; but as soon as it dried off, it worked again. The speaker microphone has some feed back, but generally works fine if you dont try to blast it.

> 24 hourInstalled this on a Chevy Tahoe. I had plenty of space to work around, but overall the unit itself was not difficult to install. Instructions are well written. There is ample wiring even though I needed a little more (only because I chose to mount the unit inside my center console). It performs as should. Its loud. The PA is clear and not distorted. On a Tahoe install: I did not have to drill any holes to mount the speaker (I found existing holes to pass bolts thru near the grill). I also did not have to make holes thru the firewall to pass the wiring. I used extisting holes. Passing the wiring harness thru the firewall was the biggest challenge of the install. I was able to conceal all the wires under the dash and easily zip tie them to other existing wires. The receiver fits perfectly in the center console. I mounted mine on the inside on the drivers side of the console facing up.

> 24 hourDecent for the money. People know when your coming. Which is a huge plus. Mic is a bit cheap feeling/look. Works as it should.

> 24 hourI originally purchased this system in order to install a Public Address system in my car, with the added ability to produce warning tones. I installed the system completely on my own, and tested it over the course of a month or so. Initially, I was surprised by the instructions. The included diagram for the wiring harness was very simple to follow. After installing, of course, I was very excited to test the system. WOW! For such a compact system, this thing can absolutely SCREAM. If you are looking for something to warn folks, this will get their attention. Its a great system overall, and it definitely performs as expected.
