> 24 hourUsed for cooking steaks. Took some getting use to but worked great as advertised. Ive used it multiple times with great results. I sear the steaks on a grill or in a pan for a few minutes.

> 24 hourSince purchasing the product Ive cooked 2 types of steak and bone in pork chops. The steaks, a thick filet mignon and strip steak were both cooked to medium. The filet mignon came out as expected melt in your mouth tender and juicy after follow up sear grilling. The strip steak was about an inch thick certainly not the quality of the filet mignon but did come out tender and juicy also after sear grilling but just not the same consistency of the filet mignon for obvious reasons. Both were delicious! The bone-in pork chop was cooked at 150 degrees which based on a recipe that came with Sous Vide. The recipe recommended 140 degrees but that would have cooked it medium so I just upped the temp to get it closer to well done which is noted in the guide to be 160 degrees+. The chop came out exactly how I like it after pan searing no pink and juicy! My only issue with the product is setting up the wi-fi connection through the downloadable app. It took me a bit of time with my home system to make the connection.

> 24 hourThis Sous Vide works like a charm. Easy to set up and use. Being able to put in cuts like London Broil and walk away knowing it will come out a perfect medium rare. I have even put cut up potatoes, garlic, heavy cream and butter in a vacuum seal bag, toss it in the freezer and when ready drop it in the Sous Vide, take it out, squeeze it up a bit and perfect garlic mashed potatoes. So many easy no mess ideas. Great purchase

> 24 hourLikes: - Easy to set up - Well constructed and good cord length to reach an outlet - Actually cooks meat well according to guide - Adjusts to any cooking pot or bin Dislikes: - The app is a little clunky and the interface isnt the greatest - Have to make sure the teeth of the clip fit well, otherwise it seems like its going to fall off.

> 24 hourI use my sous vide in partnership with my chamber vacuum sealer to produce long-tern storage food items (retort). This sous vide unit is easy to use and clean-up is an absolute breeze...and I can store it right on my countertop awaiting its next use. After sous videing, I place food into retort packages (sometimes making full meals first, and then retorting) and send them thru my chamber vacuum sealer...which then gets pressure-cooked and shelfed for 20-25yrs. These are basically meals-ready-to-eat as they are precooked, and not dehydrated. So, just heat eat or eat cold.

> 24 hourThe Lekoza Joule Sous Vide Cooker has been amazing! Our first meal we Sous vide filet mignon and asparagus and it was the best steak we’ve cooked at home. It’s super easy and a sure way to cook anything to a precise temperature. Looking forward to Sous Vide a brisket next (3-4hr pre-smoked on our Kamado) and then a 24hr Sous vide rest
