Its a key. It unlocks the lock its intended to unlock. I use it almost every day. What more can I say.

The good news, different shape and number, our original was 715 but they work beautifully. The bad news is that everyone and his brother can get into our storage units. Has anyone come up with a different lock system that is secure???
