Its a pretty thick spandex cover. I have a 29 inch suitcase and fits kind of big. The suitcase is currently empty so that could be it. For the price and its not the brands suitcase cover i am happy with my purchase.

I had to return one of two as it came with 2 straps that were not attached to cover.

Got this for my mom who travels a lot. It fit perfectly and it is just as the description states. Material is thick and good so far. the quality feels and looks good. Not only that, the design its pretty unique so it will be easy to recognize at the airport.
