Absolute garbage. It ripped the first time I attempted to put it on a tire.

Cute but kind of thin but it works. We had to put different elastic in it. It wouldn’t go over the tire. Didn’t take much to do so

Put elastic instead of drawstring

The quality was ok. It was really tight going on..Thought I was going to break it. Looks cute. Thought it was going to be more vinyl feeling. Its definitely cloth like.
