Dries way too fast, and I feel like I wasted a lot of ink because of that. Very watery and splotchy -- print edges are not crisp at all because of it. If you use it you should use it on paper only and work very fast. Only pro is that cleanup is very easy.

I have tried multiple times to like this product, and always come away disappointed. The colors available are very limited and some of them, like the yellow, appear to have white in them, so the colors produced when mixed are not as clean as I would like. These are fine for kids or beginner printmakers, but I would not recommend them for more experienced or serious artists. They do dry quickly, which is an advantage in some cases, but the downside is that the ink gets gummy fairly quickly. You can add retarder which does seem to help. Most water-based inks say water soluble and have oil in the ink. This makes the colors richer but you can still clean up with water. The Speedball inks are truly water-based and dont have any oil. So that might be an advantage to some. If you are picky about your colors and like to mix them, I would not recommend this product.

Great product! My prints took 36 hours to dry to touch. Im concerned about the odor of my finished project. Im hoping my customers will not comment on it.

Ink was awful. Extremely thick to the point that rolling it onto the roller was nearly impossible because you would get so much on it that the print would be smudged without even pressing it

Not a huge volume of ink, but just enough to get going and do some fun block printing projects. Mixed up some other colors. Texture is perfect. Way way cheaper than any store around here.

Good starter pack. Inks worked great. Not a fan of the gold. It worked decently, but the texture for that one was a little odd. Ill stay away from the metallics going forward. The others were great. Now I know how much Ill need and which colors I want to order in larger tubes.

Good value for newbies

This value pack is a great buy especially compared to looking at the same product at Joanns or Michaels. Even trying to use coupons it is hard to beat this price. The little bit of ink goes a long ways in each tube too.
