SpeTool 14411 Ball Nose Carbide End Mill CNC Cutter Router Bits Double Flutes Spiral Milling Tool 1/4 inch Shank with 3 inch Over Length

Before getting this 3 inch, 1/4 dia router bit I would have to turn the material around to route the other side. Running at 800 MM a minute and a 300 MM a minute plunge rate it makes short work of Deep projects!

This carbide endmill is great. I dont have a lot of experience with carbide but I have destroyed my fair share of hss drill bits and endmills. This thing cuts through titanium easily. The flutes are uniform and very sharp. I will be buying more from this vendor.

Needed to cut a small radius into some 7075 aluminum. Works extremely well on my mini mill.

I used this bit to put a radius on the bottom of a pocket that was roughed out with a flat bit on my CNC. It worked like a charm and Ill have to update after I put some more hours on it. Proper feeds and speeds are essential.
