> 3 dayEven taking very shallow cuts (~ 1/8) this bit did nothing but chatter. This left a horrible shoulder on my mortise. I switched to using a shorter bit from whiteside for the first portion of the cut, and it cut like butter. I am glad this mortise will be hidden, because otherwise this bit would have ruined my project.

Had a lot of DIY time
Greater than one weekWorked great on the 1 1/2 inch mdf. Got the done. After the job the operator tried it on some 1 1/2 inch oak with out changing speed/feed. He got 2 of the 6 3/4 thru holes before the bit snapped.

Greater than one weekThis was much sharper and much more high quality than anticipated for the price. Ive used it now to cut several table tops with a router jig and it performed flawlessly.

Greater than one weekManaged to cut out 21 pieces for a custom order of corbels. Had to do conservative cuts due to the length of the bit but was able to complete all the cuts with just one bit. 33 in/min, 18k spindle speed, .125 depth of cut.

> 3 dayI have used two and broke two of these. Total time on bit one was 15 minutes, bit 2 lasted only 8 inches. These were used at a very slow feed rate. I will not buy another one of these bits. I needed the long length but unfortunately the bits did not survive.
