It charges the pixel 4a at the fastest speed the phone can take over USB-C which is 3A to the battery. Battery voltage is around 4.2 V so 4.2V x 3A = 13W into the battery. Not sure what the efficient of the phone is.

The power delivery charging is stupid fast for a car charger, and we have been using it nearly every day for about 5 months without any issues. Highly recommend!

I was happy, at first, to find a charger that wasnt going to blind me at night with superbright LEDs. One reviewer noted that when LEDs are close to various screens, or in the drivers line of sight, they can be a distraction. In my car, however, the charger is down by the gearshift, sort of at knee level or lower. The problem (for me) is that in order to minimize the brightness of the LED, it has been set in a tiny little hole, a couple millimeters below the surface--so unless youre looking into the hole, at least in daylight, its pretty much hidden. So, it really depends on where your vehicles charging port is located.

Not getting fast charge even with usb c to usb c. Not recommended.

This charges just fine when it is working. The problem is that it easily wiggles loose in the 12v socket it plugs in to. Since there is no bright LED indicator light, it is difficult to tell when the charger becomes loose in the socket.

I was using my dashcams oem 12v charger and on some days it would just flat out not work. I replaced it with this one and it powers on every single time. Very happy with it.

Ive been very happy with this charger, but I dont use my car charger nearly as much as other folks I know and in less than 6 months it has stopped charging -- or at least become very fidgety and mostly not charging, then sometimes, with a lot af trail, error, removing and replacing and turning getting that blue light and an indication my phone is charging. I expect more than 5 months of light use before having to buy a replacement.
