Split Convertible Roller

Zipper broke and top carry strap stitching ripped out on first trip.

I was very excited to buy this bag. Overall Awesome design and exactly what I needed. Even though very pricey. However after just one trip the material is already starting to rip. The internal support structure rubs against the polyester. If they had put a rubber patch on those corners like they did on the top corners this problem would be solved. It is now also too late for me to return or exchange the bag. I’ve also contacted the company directly two times and they have not replied. Great idea. But this bag will not last very long at all. Definitely not “battle tested” as advertised.

Im super impressed with the quality of the fabrics, stitching, and zippers of this suitcase. Its a perfect, medium sized checked bag. The features have been really well thought out. Im very happy with it.

Great bag. Expands as needed. Outer straps tighten up the load. Handle extends different lengths for taller people. Zippers are heavy duty. Packed for 3week intl trip and had plenty of room. Exterior handles everywhere makes picking it up and loading very ergonomic.
