> 3 dayI really cannot express how much I love my ambrosia elixir from the mile high country. Better than just herbal tea, in flavor and in energy. However, you MUST LIKE LEMON! This has a lemon flavor, a taste of sweetness also but very understated. I use stevia to sweeten. I first discovered this potion whilst living in Colorado high in the mountains. Mountain life insists that you be well hydrated at all times and EVERYONE was drinking this stuff. I had to move back home and have been unsuccessful at finding this locally. THANK YOU AMAZON! I have now gone to buy a pack of 6 boxes because I am blowing through this tea way too fast. I am drinking more water than ever with this, which we all know is so very important and can struggle with sometimes. I drop a big bag in a giant mason jar and I am so happy. Want it sooner than 4 hours? You can make it hot then ice it... or do it sun-tea style, take that mason jar in the sun for awhile and then pour over ice. Great amazing wonderful stuff. Refreshing! Lifer for sure.

> 3 dayI first tried this product because I was told it helps people who are quitting caffeine. I dont know if theres any science behind that but I was drinking this every day when I kicked the habit and Ive been without caffeine for almost three years and it was the best health and wellness decision Ive ever made. If SPORTea had anything to do ip with it, Im forever grateful! But besides the possible therapeutic effects, this drink just tastes great, plain and simple. Its got a unique citrus flavor that Ive never had before. I highly recommend this to anyone who likes to fill a big water bottle and just stay hydrated all day.

> 3 dayI absolutely love this tea. Most of my guests who I offer it to, also love it. Ive recommended it to so many people and given away so many 1 qt bags to people who have enjoyed a cup of ice tea at my home. Theres always a pitcher of ice tea in my fridge. I buy it all the time.

> 3 dayI first encountered sport tea in 2000 when I was working in a funky cafe. Our chef had been trained in San Francisco, and she brought alot of cool things back from the west coast with her. Not sure where sport tea is from, but she had had it there. I got hooked then and I had not had it in over 10 years and looked it up on here. I have been buying it again since I found it. Love how you can get several boxes at once for a good price. It is so refreshing. Nothing compares to it! If you are wondering if you should buy it the answer is YES!!!!!

> 3 dayThis is the best stuff to drink. No need to sweeten it, just bags in water and make it cold. No guilt, good for an active lifestyle avoiding soft drinks and sugar. Best taste ever. I love this stuff! The only thing is that the price has been going up and I am almost at that point where I do not want to spend that kind of money on an everyday beverage. I would usually buy it in bulk and save a buck or two per box, but those savings are disappearing. Its really too bad. If I hit the lottery, I would go back to having a stockpile of this stuff for sure.

Greater than one weekI have been drinking and making a daily pitcher of this tea for years. Besides the health & hydrating benefits, it is very refreshing...clean taste... citrus-sweet tea flavor....I just love it! Natural ingredients and decaf, too!

> 3 dayI drink 2 quarts of this a day, give or take, for almost 2 years now. I love iced teas, I love hot teas. I have never liked a tea as much as I do with Sportea. I highly suggest the 7 bag version over the 20 bag version. I much prefer this cold, in fact I really dont like it hot at all. The little bags in the 20 count box just dont work out well for making cold tea in the right amounts. I make 1 Nalgene bottle at a time, 1 tea bag and I fill it to the brim. This makes the perfect amount of tea for the bag. Put 2 bottles in the fridge at a time and I am all set. I let it sit between 4 (never less than 4 hours) and 16 hours. I rarely drink it if it brewed longer than 16 hours because it gets a funny bitter taste to it that I do not care for. At the 4 hour mark I think it hits it peak, and then mellows for a few hours and then begins to oversteap after 12-16 hours. I always cold brew it. The hot brew accentuates the bitterness, which I must admit I have enjoyed on cold days, but I prefer the cold brew. I buy this in bulk to save on shipping and I have to say that I have never had a bad bottle of tea yet. Of course some days I do not drink any, like on weekends generally, and some days I drink 3. But I always look forward to this stuff. I cannot say that I have seen any scientifically verifiable side effects, but I know I feel better on days when I hydrate with Sportea than days when I do not. I know that I perk up in the morning about 1/2 way through a bottle, and keep that energy throughout the day usually. Of course there are so many other factors that play a part on a day to day basis, but if I had to say it I would say that I believe that it does what it says it does. It is energizing and refreshing and is a great substitute for plain boring water or carbonated beverages and it seems to give me a better morning than my coffee addled co-workers get. Plus there is no mood swing as with sugary drinks or caffine. So is 2 quarts a day good for you, who knows, but it appears to be at least no worse than the alternatives. I am not suffering any side effects that I know of, though I have bought more from Amazon since I started drinking this stuff, and I have not suffered any medical conditions since I began drinking Sportea so I cannot say that there is any reason not to try it and see if it could be your soda replacement too.
