Squatty Potty The Original Toilet Stool - Bamboo Flip, 7 & 9 Height, Brown

Bought this on a recommendation from a nurse. She has one. Surprisingly it works exceptionally well. Puts your body in alignment for that all important activity.

Easy to put together, looks nicer than the plastic versions. Exactly as expected.

Its a little annoying to put together, but not terribly difficult to figure out.

I think this wood one looks nicer than the original plastic versions. Plus the fact that you can flip for either a tall toilet or a standard is very useful, as we have both in our home. Easy to assemble, took about 10 minutes by myself using just the allen wrench included. They give you an extra screw, cap and non-slip foot, so that is nice just in case. The caps dont stay in well, but a little dab of white glue took care of that. And the most important part, yes, it is comfortable and helps with the number 2.

Wow, I forgot how well these things work and cant believe its taken me this long to get one again (after I started using the other one for a gardening bench, haha). Its simple to put together, very sturdy, and adds a touch of class to my bathroom. (It really is pretty.) I dont love how much the foot part is tilted up toward the heels. That is slightly awkward for me. But a small quibble overall.

Honestly this product has helped me more than I can express, so I figured the least I could do was leave a nice review. That might seem a bit overblown, but Im disabled with multiple back issues that cause constant pain. As long as I can keep things below a point of pain it is bearable, unfortunately going recently has been giving me more and more pain to the point of triggering migraines. The last time before getting this I was debating going to the ER the pain was so bad, and then I remembered those silly unicorn commercials and grabbed a box that was around the right height. Seriously, almost instant relief and my only complaint is I can no longer read on the toilet, so I just have to do it elsewhere more comfortably. Thanks to the Squatty Potty folks, you all have saved me from a lot of pain and that means a lot to me.

I have this in the plastic version and love it so I decided to get this one for my second bathroom because the wood looks nicer. Its ok but the original plastic one is much better.

I read about this product through an article in Consumers Report Health Letter. All I can say is the difference this little stool makes is astounding. I have MS which complicates an issue I have lived with most of my life. This little stool is just what I needed to help in the treatment of my discomfort. It works as advertised and is Doctor Approved. I cannot say much more than that. Few products live up to their hype. This one more than lives up to its hype. You need one if you have constipation issues ever. I am confident it will help you as it has me.

Use the toilet as it was intended to be used life changing.
