Really smoothes out the bumps on my hard tail ebike. Shipped the same day as was ordered. Satisfied customer.

The original seat and seat post were very hard and every bump in the road sent shockwaves into my spine. The new cloud 9 and new seat post are game changer.I now glide over bumps and pot holes.

Easy to install, works great.

I really liked this but it did add several inches to the seat height which makes it a lot more difficult to get on and off the bike, also more difficult to pedal.
