I replaced these when installing 509c cams. My twin cam 88 had that ticking noise at at about 3000rpms with stock push rods, and I tried rocker lockers (didnt help). WOW what a difference. The noise went away. I thought I was gonna have to put up with it even though I was installing the cams. Gonna tell everyone I know that still has that ticking noise to get rid of stock rods and go with quickies.

If your changing lifters, this is the way to go!

Does not come ready to use. You must re-use factory cover caps, springs and washers. Does not come with tappet cover gaskets as advertised. When you pay $200+ for a pushrod kit you expect it to be complete.
