ALL ABOUT THIS LUGGAGE IS PERFECT! I LOVE IT!!

Unfortunately, after only two moderate uses it cracked. It was put in the luggage compartment of a bus with other luggage and when I took it out the entire top corner was cracked wide open. Was an expensive piece of luggage to not be able to withstand regular travel use.

Zipper is not smooth

Eventually will crack

The suitcases quick trip from Florida to Virginia was apparently too much to ask. I am outside of the return window so a refund is too much to ask as well.

Previously used product with great success. This particular model quite disappointing with zipper breaking on first use.

This was my favorite suitcase until it broke. This has been used a total of 7 times.
