> 24 hourI have a garden but because of the critters it is in a cage, so it doesnt get eaten by the wildlife. The grasshoppers were /are so bad this year that I was going to wrap it around the cage, but I ordered the wrong size. I used different material and it did keep grasshoppers out. Hopefully next year I will be better prepared since I know what I have to deal with.

> 24 hourI needed this for scientific soil work--straining the soil sample to allow smaller elements to pass through (mainly bacteria, nematodes, and fungi) while holding back the bulk of the rest of the material. The quoted mesh aperture on my order was 450 micrometer, but the actual size (measured on a microscope) is 510. Thats actually close enough for my purpose, and better than I expected (purpose-made scientific filter gauze would carry a far higher price!). Very happy with this. Might order another item of a smaller size just in case the difference matters for a later project.
