I got this to remove completed stir fry and other larger items like combinations of vegatables, off of the griddle. Works good.

I really like this product and have used it a lot in moving sliced or cut up vegetables, as well as cleaning up flour messes on the counter.

This shovel moves some serious amounts of food quickly! You can clean rice based meals off the griddle in no time at all. No messing around with spatulas or food flipping off the side of the griddle. Gets the job done. Easy to clean.
