Wrong size/ remember tolerance

It measured slightly over nominal size, but was within .001”. I used it to make these small hold down clamps for a small toolmakers vice.

Works fine and better than expected.

Its metal. Its a certain size. Kind of hard to foul up. Was not fouled up. Worst plastic Ive ever bought I guess?

Slightly oversized had to grind it to fit into keyways

Ordered 7/16 key stock, received 3/8. Seems to be intentional. New 7/16 label half placed over old 3/8. Completely useless for my project.

Very happy with the steel, but beware Amazon packed this order very poorly, as is becoming common. When I picked up one end of the box from my doorstep, the steel bar literally fell out of a gaping hole on the other end.

I cut this up into 8 lengths with a hacksaw to use as spacers for brick breaking. Worked great!
