Well. Is today June 26 and still dealing with this software. First I downloaded it and I can found where went. Finally I found it on download and after many time to open. After it’s was installed, I was asked for product key. Type the 20 numbers and letters no was recognized and display invalid key. I did it 6 time with not happy results. I believe this product is a fake program and I been robbed.

Local Customer support is poor! The kid trying to help was an amateur, and said that we had to wait for Tier 2 support - which is a phone call from India!

I have a Western Digital external USB drive (1TB) which contained my iTunes music collection and many years and gigabytes of photos. It failed a while back. It simply refused to mount on my Macbook, no matter what restarts and settings resets I tried.
