> 3 dayThis is the 2nd Mailmaster Plus Ive had. The 1st one last 7 years and was very sturdy. Not this new one. The front door on the new one has fallen off 3 times and I end up searching for my mail on the road. Very disappointed with this newer one.

> 3 dayThis mailbox was easy to install and looks very nice. Several of my neighbors have complimented me about it. One recommendation: when installing, I of course cemented a 4x4 post into the ground. But at ground level, I poured a small rectangular pad that goes under the mailbox. As a result, the mailbox rest on this pad and it is very easy to weed eat around. I just made a rectangle out of 1x2 boards and poured extra concrete. Looks great!

> 3 dayeasy to put together, though you DO need 2 people to attach the top to the bottom. easy to put up! looks great, and I love the color. has the flap in back for the newspaper, which is what we need in our windy subdivision!

> 3 dayThe mailbox was sturdy and looked just like the picture. It was easy to put up with another persons help. I also ordered the 2x4 that holds it up.. I am very pleased with the product.

Greater than one weekLove this mailbox. We had a grey one prior to this but it was old and tattered. I wanted a brown one. They did not have that color and size in local stores so I needed to order it on line. It was about $10 more for this color but its worth it.

Greater than one weekOur previous mailbox was a step2 also. It got damaged by a snowplow so we replaced it with this one which is darker but similar. Its very roomy - holds good-sized packages. FYI, the snowplow didnt take it down, only broke off a small piece that didnt affect the mail part but trying to tape it back on just made it look shabby, so we got a new one.

Greater than one weekThis is a great rural mailbox. The walnut color blends in well with the natural surroundings. After being set up (using the suggested 4X4 and concrete footing), the free-range cattle in my area didnt rub it down into the ditch (like my other mailboxes). The mail carrier uses the extra newspaper opening for additional packages. My only complaint is that the instructions provided did not always make clear which sides of the pole and mailbox were front or back.

> 3 dayI purchased my first one of these about 15 years ago and it held up well till recently. A wayward drive hit it at full speed, square on, and it was a little too much for any mailbox to survive. I live in northern Ohio, so it has been subjected to all kinds of snow, cold, heat, sun and snow plows. No complaints - held up extremely well. Hope the new one does as well. Like the walnut color a lot. Installation tip: Take the time to install your 4 x 4 post plumb. I see so many of these installed leaning to one side or another.
