I called Step 2 twice trying to get the correct hardware. Each time a very nice person said they would first send me an email to start the process and the second time I called said they would send out the hardware that day and overnight it by fedex. Neither person followed through and got us what we needed. I still cannot use the car. (I had a car from when my children were little and loved it. I am so disappointed.)

My package arrived but the package was open and there was no instructions inside. Ups delivered my package and just threw it on the ground with no care.

I have got one of these for each of my grandchildren. They come in pink and red and they love them! Highly recommend this!
