We received the package and it definitely had seen better days. We were missing one of the steps but working with the company they immediately sent us two new steps as a replacement. Our kids love it!!

So easy to put together and use right away! Bought for almost 2year old and a 4 1/2 year old. Non-stop independent play!!

My kids absolutely love this. They’ve been having a lot of fun on it. With that being said, the first one we ordered was lost. Super frustrating considering I ordered it in plenty of time for Christmas. Several people went in on this as a gift for our sons. This is a pretty expensive product so we couldn’t just order another one and hope it didn’t get lost as well. We had to wait until we could do the replacement, the 3 days after it was supposed to be delivered. I messaged the company and the reply I got was just frustrating. Instead of trying to help me (since they are the brand I ordered from through Amazon) they just told me to deal with it through Amazon. I was mainly messaging trying to figure out where it was, why it was lost, and how to go about getting a replacement immediately (on their end) to hopefully be here by Christmas. Every time I’ve had an issue on Amazon with a product I’ve always dealt with Amazon AND the company I purchased the product from. Unfortunately we didn’t get the replacement by Christmas which I’m sure all parents out there can understand that frustration and disappointment. I’m glad they love it and the replacement got here fine but it doesn’t take away the frustration I have considering it was specifically ordered for Christmas for them. All in all, it seems sturdy and they enjoy it, I just wish things were handled better.

Unfortunately, when we opened the item for Christmas- the leg part was broken as seen in the picture. Now the step to get onto the car mobile won’t be sturdy due to the broken price.
