I had needed a new suitcase set for years and was so excited to come across these. Im so happy to have spinners now! The hard casing is good for air travel so nothing happens to your belongings. The only thing missing would be a matching, smaller toiletry bag, but other than that, Im very happy with my purchase!

Just at the year mark I grabbed my bag for another trip. The inside zipper is broken on the medium case. I have tried multiple ways to contact the company that handles the warranty and it seems that it is impossible. Only had it for a year. Very disappointed.

I purchased this luggage specifically because of the 5 Year Manufacturers Warranty listed at the end of the Product Description. Everything worked fine until April 2018 (purchased in March 2017) when I took and a trip and the medium-sized luggage broke at the zipper in several places. I contacted Amazon and they told me they couldnt do anything for me and that I would have to go through the manufacturer. I chatted with a Steve Madden representative for a few minutes about the situation and told them that the product is covered by a 5 year warranty (or so it says it is) and they said they couldnt help me because too much time has passed even though its only been 1 year of a 5 year warranty. Then they immediately ended the chat with me. I called the customer service phone line and kept getting put on live hold for over 7 minutes-meaning the rep just kept saying hold on. I got so frustrated I hung up. Steven Madden customer service is rude and flat out ignored me and hung up without satisfying a warranty they claim they are offering. Nothing against Amazon but you should know this seemingly has no warranty! Nice luggage but if anything happens to it, youre on your own after 30 days.

This suitcase is beautiful!! I can’t wait to go on vacation and show it off! Super nice quality!! I love beautiful things, this does the trick!!
