Only oil I use for my stihl equipment and got at great price tho it varies in price

The engine runs smoother and better with sthil hp ultra than any other oil I have used in past.Like Castrol Active 2T.

I am certain that the quality of the oil itself is well above expectations. But it doesnt have any dye in it! It is yellowish color; and when you mix it with gasoline - your 50:1 mixture will become almost impossible to distinguish from the regular gasoline. If, by mistake, you will fuel your thing with it - you can kiss a motor goodbye. Im afraid this is what happened to my chainsaw ($250 to repair). And thats a reason why all normal manufacturers put some dye - red or blue - into their oil. Dyed oil is impossible to confuse with untreated gas. I dont understand why Stihl doesnt do that. Returning an item.

Its amazing! If you own a 2-cycle engine that requires oil to be mixed with the gas you can buy this oil that is designed for 2-cycle engines, mix it with the gas in the proper ratio and the engine starts! (sarcasm intended) The only reason I bought the Stihl oil is because I spent so much on the combo tool that I didnt want to take any chances of damaging the engine by using oil of insufficient quality. Im pretty sure any oil designed for 2-cycle engines will be fine for most people/

its only oil ....so cant say i loved it ....I did have a problem with this order. But after we cthe situation was explained it was quickly fixed and that is something I love.

i have tried other off brands of oil and have had a few power tools quit working was it the oil or would they have quit anyhow?? well i will never bother to find out again. never had a tool quit when using brand name oil so never going to bother with generic oil again. they definitely run better and have a little bit more power with the brand oil
