Holds a 12-foot and a 20-foot expandable ladder up out of the way, freeing up valuable wall space. Be sure to secure it to the rafters or ceiling joists to hold the weight. Will not hold in wall board with anchor bolts, which should be obvious, but you never know whos reading this. The arms that hold the ladders remove with a snap pin so the ladders can be loaded or unloaded by one person easily.

This ladder hanger is very well designed and manufactured. It took less than 45 minutes to install. A little bit more expensive than others but well worth the money. Highly recommended.

This unit was super easy to assemble and fits above my garage door. Allowed me to get ladders out of the way so I could use the wall for tool storage.

This is exactly what I was looking for to store my ladders above my garage door. You could make some shelfs but I figured by the time I bought the lumber, plywood etc. this was just easier and looks nice. In my case my ceiling is 9 so I have a small step stool to get high enough to put the ladders away and get them down. Seems weird to use a a small step stool to get a ladder :-)

This thing is perfect for overhead ladder storage! Due to my small garage I was only able to install one of the arms, but it still works perfectly to store my long extension ladder. I love that the height/drop is adjustable, so I was able to raise the arm above the height of my garage door tracks. Awesome product!

I keep ladders and snowboards on these racks. Great product
