Just what the grandson wanted!

Hi, Ive bought this backpack a couple of months ago and have been using it everyday since. However, I recently found out that a part of the side release buckle has snapped off. Is there any way I can purchase additional parts such as the side release buckle? I do not wish to send the whole bag back because of this minor issue since it is my every day backpack.

the backpack looks nice. only complaint is the strap is too stiff so it hurts a little on the shoulder, but it seems to be breaking in now. otherwise all the compartments are nice and very useful.
