i just received this and am disappointed, poor quality, it seems like it will break with one cargo load on an airplane.

The wheels did not last long through a few airports.

Got this gift on our wedding registry. Loved it, and it was seeming to meet all our needs. After just one trip to our honeymoon destination (was a month after purchase, so wasn’t able to order a refund from Amazon), this happened. I sent a message to the company directly and have yet to hear from them. Not impressed with the product or their customer service. Will consider a 5* review if given a proper replacement.

Really good stuff. The wheels are running smoothly. One thing to consider is that this 20-inches suitcase doesnt have a side handle. Had problem when putting on the shelf on the top of head on airplanes.

We were in need of a new carry on and I was excited to try this out. I used it on my recent trip and it held up well. It still looks brand new. The hardshell is a a nice design and color. The wheels and handle worked very smoothly. The inside has a nice zippered side and the other side has elastics to help hold items in. The expandable zipper on the outside worked well and came in handy since I came back with more than I left with. Very happy with this brand, and quality. Now I need to get the matching suitcase.
