Streamlight 75813 Stinger DS C4 LED Flashlight with AC/DC Steady Charger, Black - 425 Lumens

Well, it’s a flashlight that I can recharge in the car and it worked well for that purpose. That being said, I purchased this on 9/8/18 and wear it on my duty belt for a standard Pittman schedule. Less than a year after the purchase the light will randomly turn on by itself and the button on the bottom of the light no longer works. Really wish that it lasted longer than a year for price I paid and the fact that it’s barely gotten any use.

For a few years, I liked cheap lights that were somewhat bright but had cheap materials and faulty switches. I had a Maglite 2D-cell - the alkaline batteries leaked and actually sealed shut! This Streamlight Stinger LED DS is an investment. It is longer and thicker than the original Stinger, as I found out when my friend offered his old belt holder. It is not compatible with old holders and I am still looking for one. The Dual Switches work independently and both are well built. There are 3 modes of brightness: Really Bright > Crazy Bright > THE SUN!. There is also a strobing effect to disorient someone or signal for help. It is meant to stay on a charger any time its not being used. I am impressed with the quality of a single LED and the reflector inside. This is quality workmanship which I hope will last.

Its a moderate sized beautifully crafted flashlight with a powerful well shaped beam, incredibly bright. It comes with two charging stations. Awesome flashlight I have owned at least one of these for years. My previous Streamlight is still working. I have owned it for over 7 years with no problems. It has been dropped from more then 20 feet and never needed a bulb replacement or anything. Other then some dings and dangs it still works. I wont buy any other brand.

I recently started working for ford as an apprentice Technician and this has quickly become my daily driver flashlight. I use this thing in all applications from under the car to in the cab under dash. I love the durability of this flashlight, when it says nearly indestructible i have used this flashlight as a hammer for various applications. I love this flashlight and always have it on me, be it at work or just out and about at night and dont feel so safe with my surroundings. I was a little caught off guard when I found out this is the weaker lumen version of the streamlight stinger series but i am happy with the 350 lumen as compared to the 650 where you constantly have to lower the brightness for comfort in small areas. Completely satisfied with my purchase and have been using this flashlight since the first day i received it in the mail.

This is a very nice light. Powerfully bright, wow. I love the adjustable, 3 levels of brightness. This is nice if you walk at night and want to conserve your battery power. The construction seems excellent, its machined aluminum, no doubt tough, and its not the fatiguing baseball bat that the old Mag Lite was. In fact its really light and comfortable. It balances extremely well in your hand. So lets see in summary: super bright, long lasting led bulb, rechargeable battery, built-tough aluminum, fits like a Rolex in your hand. Whats not to like?

Works great just like the last one I had

After over a month of use I have no issue with the battery life of this light. Ive dropped it several times without having an issue. Numerous individuals Ive contacted while using this light have remarked it is a bright flashlight.
