> 3 dayBeautiful umbrella. I wish the grip was a bit nicer, otherwise gorgeous.

> 3 dayThe handle came off right out of the box. I would glue it back on, but it also doesnt stay open. The metal piece that pops out to keep the umbrella open is defective. Also, the description says metal shaft and it clearly is not, its wood, which you can clearly see when the handle came off. Plus, in attempting to keep it open, the shaft splintered. Im disappointed, other than these things, its colorful and beautiful and the top seems sturdy enough. I may try to order it again, but well see, not sure yet.

> 3 dayBeautiful and functional, doesnt turn inside out easily. Everyone loves it and I get lots of compliments, generously sized with out being too big. It can be difficult to close and I often struggle to close it to the point I often dont fully open it because its not worth the struggle if youre only using it for a moment. If this was easier to close it would be 5 stars.

> 3 dayI couldnt wait to open it up to see what it would look like. Not only is it big enough with a nice curve to keep me dry but the colors are so no nice. I just love it!

> 3 dayI loved this umbrella so much, that when it was misplaced/taken, I just HAD to order another one. Bright, vivid colors cheer up the cloudiest Seattle day and keep off the rain just as well as a dull black one. This one is now labeled to encourage its return.

> 3 dayThis umbrella is gorgeous and well-made. I do not see any of the issues remarked on by other reviewers. However, Im afraid that I might have bitten off more than I can chew. This beauty is BIG. It is true that the size is mentioned in the description, and perhaps I should have taken out a yardstick or tape measure before ordering. I live in a large city, and I cannot picture maneuvering my way through crowded, rainy streets carrying this. It would require me to take up too much personal space. My other issue is the weight of this umbrella. I am used to carrying compact, foldable umbrellas. Theyre not very pretty, and must be replaced regularly, but are ust big enough to cover me, so not very wide, and not heavy at all. The color wheel umbrella is very heavy in comparison to these lightweight umbrellas. I have carpal tunnel issues, and cannot see myself carrying this for any length of time, especially in a heavy, windy rain. I really do love it, though. Sigh.

20-11-2024First let me compliment the design. Its a stunningly beautiful umbrella and it looks exactly like the picture with a well chosen array of bright rainbow colors arranged in the color wheel. That being said, its a bit cheaply made, the fabric is quite thin and the mechanism very stiff. There were two small tears in the fabric on this when it arrived (and it was rattling around loosely packed in a box a bit too big for it, which may have cause the problem) and the company was unable to replace and so just offered a refund. This was honorable on their part and very appreciated but I would have loved to have a higher quality version of this very stunning design. I have taped mine up and may find use but would happily have paid more for a better quality version of same.
