I have been using the ancient two wheeled suitcases for two decades now and I have to say the recent trip I took with this was a very nice awakening as to how much easier it can be to get. through airports and hotels. The full spin action made getting onto the elevator soooo much easier as well, I didnt have to worry about slamming into other guests and was able to get right off without having to reposition!! I will say the walls of this are very thin and flexible, as I am new to this type of suitcase I cant say if that is normal or not, but I cant see the old gorilla actors from my youth being used here. There are no real pockets inside to store socks etc separately which is not that big a deal but it is something I got used to. Each side of the suitcase can be separated via a zippered panel which covers one half completely. I am not sure how long this will last, but for the cost it is worth a try and has made a convert out of me moving forward.

I chose the 28-inch suitcase in charcoal gray. At the time, the sellers description called it a medium-size suitcase and I should have double-checked that before ordering, because the 28-inch suitcase is actually quite large. If youre looking for a medium size, Id say the 24-inch option is probably a better bet (it seems this luggage is now available only as a set, however). Despite being larger than expected, I am very pleased with this suitcase. It arrived just in time before a plane trip, so I was able to put it through its paces at the airport and throughout the trip. It passed with flying colors as far as how smoothly it rolls and spins and how easy it is to maunever it through a crowd of people. The telescoping handle works very smoothly, also. This suitcase survived the check-in and baggage claim process very well, and we all know how roughly bags can be handled. The charcoal gray color is close to black and doesnt exactly stand out from the crowd, so I tied a lime green ribbon around the handle and that made it easy to spot on the luggage carousel. At one point during the trip we had to walk several blocks with our luggage, and this suitcase handled the streets and brick sidewalks with ease. This suitcase packs well, holding a huge amount of clothes and shoes. We had enough extra room on the way back to include some souvenirs we picked up. The outer shell is lightweight but protective. Inside, there are the typical features you expect in a suitcase, such as elastic straps on one side to help hold items in place, and a fabric panel that covers the other side and zips securely in place to keep that sides items separate from the others. The fabric panel has a mesh zipper pocket and the entire case is lined in taffeta. Overall, I am quite pleased with how nicely this suitcase performs. It holds A LOT, rolls and spins super smoothly, is easy to maneuver and held up to the abuse we put it through in the street and at the airport.

Bigger than i thought it would be. It is still light weight though. Very durable.

This bag is big - the perfect size for international travel and yet its so light I can pick it up easily with 3 fingers. The color is so bright, I hope it helps me to find it faster on the luggage belt after the flights. There is a spot to lock the zippers in which is TSA approved so thats a nice feature. The quality seems to be a bit cheaper for the $139 price tag and i hope it lasts a couple of trips. Inside is the standard two halves with one having a zippered cover to keep the two halves separate.

We used the middle sized suitcase of this set for an overnight car trip and found it worked well for that and it’s relatively light weight. The zippers, wheels and handle all worked smoothly and as expected. We also like the bright lime green color we selected and the fact that it stores as a three suitcase set. I don’t expect this to hold up as well as more expensive brand name sets for airline travel as it seems less sturdily made. One way this is particularly evident is that the hardshell case is actually very lightweight and flexible. Overall it seems to be of reasonable quality for the price and should work fine for our usual car summer vacation trip with hotel overnights on the way and back.

I really like the color a lot since all of my luggages have all been either black or gray. Everything about this luggage seems pretty standard. The handle doesnt feel any less sturdy or flimsy than slightly more costly name brands Ive looked at a big box retailer. The shell doesnt feel like its particularly harder than the ones Ive seen and have owned before. The lining inside is not very thick material and it is exactly as I expected for the price point. The three things I liked that are different from others Ive owned are the TSA approved lock feature, the 2nd mesh compartment inside, these rubber/plastic nubs on the opposite side of the lock that will definitely help if you need to put it sideways. Im not sure how well the stitching on the zipper will withstand overpacking so we shall see. We have a trip coming up soon and I can update then to address if there are any issues.

I am going to be traveling a few places over the next few months. I have two suitcases, one small or carry on and one large. Really large! When I am going somewhere that I know I need to check a bag due to what I am bringing with me, it is nice to have a decent size bag, that is more than enough room for all of my items but not so large that it is cumbersome to maneuver around the airport. This is a really pretty mint green, with the spinner wheels and a lock, looking forward to using this!
