> 3 dayThis suitcase is very lightweight hard plastic, but seems sturdy and durable. The plastic wheels are not removable so they protrude from the bottom, adding two inches to the overall length. The handles are well constructed and have comfortable rubber grips. I like the various compartments, and the TSA locks are a nice addition. The price of suitcases seems to have gone up recently, but at about $80 when I ordered, this one is a comparative good value. I also love the blue color, my fave. Im giving this four stars for now as Ive only taken it on one weekend road trip so far, and I have no way yet of telling how long it will last through more trips and airports. If it does, Ill buy a couple more. At this point I recommend it (subject to updates if any issues come up), and I think this is definitely giftable.

> 3 dayBuying suitcases today is not like it used to be. Manufacturers have become really talented at building suitcases that look and feel great, but that fall apart after a couple uses. I have a soft-sided suitcase that I paid over $120 for, and after a single trip, one wheel failed and the whole suitcase is floppy and wont stand up on its own anymore. Compare this to a brand-name suitcase I bought 20 years ago that lasted me over 15 years and has been back and forth across the Atlantic over 20 times. Thankfully, these suitcases are different. This is a set of three hard-shell suitcases with spinner wheels and extendable handles. They store inside one another like a Russian doll, which means you dont need a tremendous amount of space to store all three of them. All three feature spring-loaded handles on the top and side, which retract against the case when released. The handles have soft rubber on the insides of them, making them quite comfortable to use to lift a heavy case. Opposite the side handle are four feet, which means the case will stand up when set down on the floor on its side, instead of falling over like many suitcases - a nice touch. The handles are sturdy and solid, and after a trip they have not become loose or wobbly. The wheels are large enough that the suitcase can be pulled over rough surfaces, and the swivels are strong without bending in use. Inside, there is a divider that separates the two halves, that can be unzipped if desired. The divider itself has a zipped mesh storage area. The interior has a synthetic cloth interior that is not removable - many suitcases allow you to remove this via a zipper so that it can be cleaned due to spills, etc. The outer zipper has special pulls on it that allow a lock to be installed, or the pulls can be latched into a TSA-compliant combination lock built into the exterior of the suitcase. The combination of these locks is easily changed if desired. Im actually surprised at the toughness and resilience of these cases - after a trip where they were checked, aside from a couple small scuffs due to baggage handlers tossing them, they are basically untouched and work perfectly. The bright color also helps to identify them on the baggage carousel. The suitcases do NOT expand, so the size you see is what you get. The weight of the suitcases is a little more than I had expected, but it really has to be, in order to be as tough and resilient as these are. Who is this for? - Travelers who need a variety of sizes of tough suitcases Pros: - Tough, strong outer shell - Strong hardware (zippers, handle) - Strong wheels, even over uneven surfaces - Built-in TSA compliant lock Cons: - Inner liner not removable - Not expandable

Greater than one weekNo complaints about this suitcase so far. Its large and holds a large capacity of clothes. Its very lightweight (when empty), and the integrated locks are a nice touch. I really like the silver finish and it looks great. All wheels roll freely and its very manuverable while rolling (I like the 4 wheel design). Thus far, Ive only used this suitcase for trips in the car, so I havent put it to the ultimate test (airline baggage handlers)... but so far it still looks like new and is holding up great. I expect that the hard-side finish will scuff and scrape if check with the airlines, but lets face it, the baggage handles could tear up an anvil if given the opportunity. Recommended - really nice suitcase at a good value.

17-11-2024Strenforce Hardside Luggage Brush-Textured Shell Suitcase is one of the newer suitcases (Picture 1). Quite appealing in its durable appearance, it is 28, with a telescopic handle (Picture 2), side pull handles (Picture 3), side-mounted TSA locks (Picture 3), and four multi-directional oversized dual spinner wheels. I like that it is so very lightweight with good impact-resistance (which you need for airplane loading!). In Picture 4, you can visualize the inside of the suitcase, one side has the straps to keep clothes from being tossed around (getting packing cubes is a good idea here), and the other side are zippered pockets. Will be using this suitcase it June so will give you a more updated take on how this does at that time. Will be flying and cruising, so it will get a workout! PRO: Appealing look of luggage, nice feel to brush-texturized shell, durable appearance, inside is large, straps to keep items in place, zippered large pockets, wheels 360 degree turn easily CON: No Materials Listed, Top of luggage pushes in when in upright position Packaging: Intact, no damage Ease of Opening Package: Easy to Open Assembly: N/A Recommend to a Friend: Not at this time; Need to use first; TBD; Will Update Appropriate for Age: Adult Appropriate for Price Point: Lowest end price line Batteries: N/A Safety of Item: Unknown, TBD Quality Materials: Unknown at this time, TBD, Manufacturer: ABS Hardside but no real info regarding material used. Greater than one weekI didn’t know exactly what to expect when requesting this suitcase. All I knew was that I needed one pretty quickly and that this case was bright while being plenty large enough. I haven’t gotten to use this out and about yet, but I did test the wheels and everything. There is nothing (aside from a funky plastic smell that’ll eventually go away) that I don’t appreciate about this suitcase. I feel like most other suitcases are expensive just for the sake of being expensive, so the cost is actually pretty good considering. I would wholeheartedly recommend this product as the price is right, and the craftsmanship is excellent.

Greater than one weekWe were in need of replacing our existing luggage that has lasted us for years. This set came up in our search, and we figured we would give it a try. The quality is similar to our other bag and does have the locking feature, which is a pretty nice add-on.

Greater than one weekGreat carry on, real sturdy won’t smoosh anything, hard case all around.20 in so could be a carry on. Has a zipper pocket for more personnel items. Wheels spin all they way around. Handle folds up and down. Can’t wait to get the larger one, love this apple red color.

> 3 dayVery light and maneuverable. We were researching for travel to Europe, and we noticed that the suitcase sizes for international travel are smaller than the ones for domestic travel in the US. We decided to get this just in case so it would definitely fit the carry-on requirements for international travel. It is a pretty simple design, no frills other than the TSA locks. No expansion. Just a basic hard shell suitcase. We bought some travel cubes to help keep it organized. Should do the job well, and ease or mind for international carry on size.
