This is my first new luggage in about 25 years. The zippers and wheels work great. Plus there is a telescopic handle on the top and two regular handles also…. One on the top and one on the side. All handles fit smoothly to the sides of luggage. We often travel to places where it rains and I am SO glad to have a hard sided carry on suitcase. There are times when you and your luggage end up at a small airport or at a gate that is out on the tarmac. No more worries about all my clothes being soaked with rain water while my luggage sits out before I can get to it. Another nice thing is the TSA lock. Yes! It was easy to do and works perfectly. And finally, I can take this bag to the gate and then check it for free if they are looking for volunteers. Couldn’t do that with my old duffle bag type luggage. I am looking forward to our next trip! I can usually get all my stuff in one carry on if I use packing cubes. Bon Voyage!

This is a nice size, looks as good as my higher end luggage, and is lightweight. Holds more than you would think if you use compression and I like the extra compartment and the TSA lock. I was able to change the combination for the lock with the included instructions. The zipper has metal teeth and glides smoothly even if the suitcase is overloaded. A minor thing I did not care for is that the curved zippers needed to use in the TSA lock dont work as well if the angle is off and you have to think more than you should about how to hold the zipper. The handle is comfortable and locks into and out of positions well but there is a little more wiggle room in the handle than I would like - does not affect function so far but feels like it may worsen over time. This is just my opinion as I do not see anything that wasnt put together well or screws I can tighten there. The wheels roll smoothly in the spinner position but they are not good at all if you try to use on 2 wheels as they are very light and do not have weights that tip them into alignment like the high-end spinners have. This gets better but does not resolve as you put more weight in the suitcase. The wheels also do not roll well in situations where there is a large gap or step-up for the same situation - the wheels are also the only part of this case that looks cheap. I would say this is a decent carry-on for the occasional traveler and better than what you get for a similar price at big box stores. If you dealing with a lot of uneven surfaces, cannot lift the case briefly over gaps and curbs, or are a road warrior who needs long-term wheel durability, I would spend a little more.

Large and rolls with ease. Very convenient for traveling

After using this medium-sized suitcase for a couple of my recent trips, Pros are: Lightweight yet robust: Despite its light feel, this suitcase is tough. Its beveled sides are designed to resist knocks, and the brushed finish helps minimize visible scratches. Security: The integrated TSA lock is a valuable feature. It offers peace of mind that only TSA agents can access your bag during inspections without damaging the lock. Mobility: I love the 360° spinner wheels - theyre quiet and move smoothly. Plus, the 3-step telescopic handle can be adjusted to match different heights.

I havent yet traveled with this carry-on suitcase, but it looks sturdy enough. Its lightweight, which is a great plus. The interior is made a bit smaller by the mechanism of the telescoping handles on the inside of the case, but it will hold enough for a trip of several days. The four wheels work well and its easy to manipulate. The zipper is smooth and of good quality. I got the blue one, and the color and style are attractive. Ill update my review once Ive actually traveled using this suitcase, but so far, Id recommend it. I only got the small carry-on, but I think the three-piece set at a price point of $159.99 is a very good bang for the buck.

Im finally upgrading my luggage after being a homebody for years. This is a functional, hard-sided 20-inch suitcase. It is roomy enough to hold four or five days worth of clothes but still small enough to be your carry-on bag. It has a TSA-approved lock so you can secure your belongings. I just used the suitcase on a short trip, and it worked great. Easy to manage and roll in the airport and on the plane. Its nothing fancy but great for the budget traveler.

I love how bright and bold the yellow is for this suitcase. It makes it super easy to spot anywhere. The wheels spin easily in all directions and roll smoothly. There is so much room in this hard suitcase. The lock feature on this suitcase is nice and says its TSA approved (I personally have not tested that myself yet). The handle has 3 levels of height to make it just the right height for you to pull it. I love that there is also a carry handle on the top and the side to make it easier to load and move around (Im sure airport staff appreciate that as well). I do want to note that hair/ pet hair wants to cling to this suitcase on the outside due to the material and static charge. It was a bit of a pain to try to get the hair off the suitcase and it kept clinging and wanting to stay. This is a great suitcase for everyone and I will be using it for every trip (even road trips). I love it! Highly recommend this suitcase!

This is really nice for the price . I love the yellow color , easy to find on the luggage belt . Very sturdy and nicely lined . I recommend 100% .

I ordered the single medium 24 inch suitcase in blue. Its the perfect piece of luggage. The 8 wheel design should keep it from wearing out quickly like the typical 4 wheel case. The hard shell seems protective and durable. It is definitely lightweight as listed which is perfect for someone like myself who often overpacks!!! The telescoping handle works well. The interior is what you would expect from any other similar sized suitcase - a regular large part and then the zippered part on the lid. Not much to it which makes it easy to use, familiar, and no frills needed. As someone who travels frequently - that is really all I can ask for. Quick transition from my old suitcase to this new one! The blue color and exterior designs are neat. The TSA lock is a cool feature as well that you dont typically see on suitcases at this price. This suitcase seems par for the course in the sense that it will hold up for a few years (hopefully) until it eventually wears out or gets damaged by an airline. As someone who has gone through many suitcases at a similar price point throughout the years, thats all you can ask for! I recommend this product if you are looking for a basic suitcase to hold up for a couple years of intense travel.
