When I go to the gym and walk the treadmill I take my watch off and adjust the band and place my watch on my ankle. These bands are perfect for the adjustable feature. If the band gets wet ( doing dishes) they dry fast. Never had an issue. Comes in a variety of colors. I recommend this product
