Great fan for a stroller-baby safe, as opposing to your regular fans that are dangerous for little fingers. Love it.

This fans has 3 different power levels. Each level does a pretty good job of blowing air. The higher the level, the more noise it makes. Its effective, but it does make some noise. The legs have a good grip to be able to grasp onto handles. You cans also just stand it up on its tripod. The swivel head isnt the best. It really doesnt swivel, it just loosens so you can turn it, like a screw. I prefer a real swivel to be able to turn it without feeling loose. I do like that it is rechargeable.

Has three different settings. So small breeze stronger breeze and a much stronger breeze. You can adjust the breeze with the same button that you turn the fan off and on. It comes with a usb cable so you’ll need a usb adapter or plug in to charge the fan. Has a tight grip so it doesn’t fall off the stroller. Highly recommended.

I like to put it on the stroller so he can have a fan on and he can watch his phone while we go for a walk
