Its called a stroller fan, and it works great for that, but its also useful for other things. The flexible legs bend and wrap easily and securely. You can use it by your desk, by your bed. I wrapped mine around the base of my lamp on my nightstand, and I can direct the air right one me. We even took it down on the beach with us, wrapped it around the umbrella pole, and blew it toward the little one while he was taking a nap. Love this fan.

Love the adjustable fan speeds. Surprisingly powerful for its size! Also quiet. Does NOT come with an AC adapter /charger (otherwise would have given it 5 stars)

the jellyfish legs are great to mold onto whatever you need to get the right angle

The noise level is great however the battery life is poor

Cute and powerful. It’s perfect for work. I shop orders all day and it’s hot in my store. Only complaint is it won’t stay up straight but kind of works for me that way.

Better than a clip version but the airflow is not great. I suppose it’s to be expected with a batter operated item. The best use is for stroller. We wanted to use it for our daughter to use in the back seat while in her rear facing car seat. It takes a while to cool down the car with AC. There was no convenient place to hang it from.
