> 3 dayThe mugs were packaged well, all 8 arriving in one piece. The cups are nicely finished and a good size for my purposes. I use them with my Cricut and have found the images transfer and adhere perfectly. And it is definitely a plus that they are microwave and dishwasher safe. So far, I have used them all as gifts and everyone has been delighted. I will most definitely be ordering more.

> 3 dayI always wipe down my mugs before applying the images to make sure they are clean and there are no blemishes. Almost every one of them come out of the toaster with at least 1 bubble.

Greater than one weekThis is a set of coffee mugs designed for custom sublimation printing. The mugs stand 3.75” high and are 3” in diameter. They are made of thick ceramic and have large handles. They hold 11 oz of fluids. They come packaged in a thick foam insert that prevents the mugs from contacting each other during shipment. The foam insert is inside a cardboard box. I really like the size and shape of these mugs. I prefer to drink my coffee in 11 oz mugs. If I have to use a 18 oz mug which seems to be all the style these days, I only fill my cup about half full. So these mugs are just right for my taste. The mugs are pure white and quite smooth with perfectly straight sides, which makes them ideal for home printing. They take sublimation inks quite well. I like to let my mugs cool for 24 hours after taking them out of the mug press, just to be sure the design sits well and the mug doesn’t crack. These mugs came through the press just fine, with good sharp detailed images. Overall, this is a great choice for making custom mugs at home.

> 3 dayI was nervous because the mugs have a blueish hue prior to sublimating, but that goes away once you put an image on. Images turn out very nice and vibrant, no areas of concern on the 6 I made. I will definitely purchase these again!

> 3 dayThey are easy to use and sublimate nicely with a heat press. I have purchased several cases of these mugs and will continue to buy them. They are packed in a box with very sturdy foam which I am thankful for. I have had no issues with any of them arriving damaged.
