Will be unable to use the tumbler because one area has sublimation coating missing.

There was one tumbler that had a huge dent in it, so unable to use. Otherwise, sublimate beautifully.

These cups are amazing for the price! I keep buying this pack!

The cups are great for the value HOWEVER one of the cases I received all the straws were busted up!!!! :(

Straws are complete garbage, and were broken into a 1000 pieces upon arrival. Cups seem to be of good quality, but do yourself a favor, and buy better straws.

I have only used 2 of these so far. One turned out great but the other one had multiple flaws in it. (Edited) 4 out of 6 of these tumblers have rough spots or chips. Very disappointing. This is the second order I have placed, the first order was for 4 tumblers and all 4 of them were perfect.
