What I received works perfectly and is as described. I wasnt expecting a brush straw for each nor heat tape although I dont need it. True sublimation tumbler, took images wonderfully.

These cups are amazing and sublimate really well. There was a little bit of a hiccup on my order but they went above and beyond to fix it and stayed in contact with me the whole time. I would definitely refer them to all my sublimation friends.

This was my first time purchasing the brand, and Ive had some issues with the lids. If there is sod inside and you keep it closed for anything more than a few minute, the pressure inside is enough to push the lid off. These are great, as long as you dont mind always leaving the sliding lid open!

These Tumblers subbed so beautiful, the ink release was flawless definitely will use these only going forward, oh and did I mention they come individually wrapped with 2 straws,2 straws caps, and a cleaning brush.

I absolutely LOVE these tumblers!! I just started sublimating tumblers, and have only done 4 so far for myself and family. Tumblers look amazing! Also love having the bent and straight straws, silicone straw topper! Easy to clean! Only issue was a lid cracked during shipping, made right by amazon, and have ordered 2 more sets! Love these!! Will definitely be a repeat customer!!

I love the tumblers and all that comes with them but, I wish the boxes were white or a solid color no writing on them. That way I can put my logo on them. PLEASE think about this. Thank You.

Ive done 100s of tumblers. First time trying this brand, horrible . Any dark colors I did on tumbler, was faded. Good if using all light colors . So wasted my time and money. I reached out to seller, not helpful. Just told me to repress, uh yes Im gonna line the design back up perfect and reprint an imagine, wasting ink. I used the same process with these tumblers as I have 100s if other brands.

Little expensive but great buy!
