The only complaint I have is when the put the sublimation paper in the box they weren’t careful about it and the end is all mashed up. I probably won’t be able to use it.

I don’t think I’ll be buying again. How am I supposed to know my next order won’t come with cracks on the tumblers. I’m paying for 24 tumblers if one is defective then it’s one less from it’s originated amount. Think twice before placing an order .

This product was packaged well, and the individual boxes , make great gift boxes. It came with a metal straw and brush. Great! Idea! The tumbler was true to size, which made for easy measuring.
